三、个人简历
周茂瑛，男，1988年生，湖北黄冈人，博士，副教授。2010年毕业于华中科技大学大学，获学士学位。2015年12月于浙江大学取得博士学位。2016年至今在杭州电子科技大学工作。2018年7月至2019年7月在法国巴黎南大学访学。
主要从事智能材料与结构的设计、建模、分析与应用研究，专注于基于压电和电磁等效应的环境振动能量收集。主持国家自然科学基金项目(共1项)，浙江大学流体动力与机电系统国家重点实验室开放基金（共1项）。以第一作者和通讯作者在《Renewable and sustainable energy reviews》、《Smart materials and structures》等期刊发表SCI论文10余篇。
